Cheryl Ann Fletcher
Psychics often make claims of assisting law enforcement, however when it comes time for hard proof...there are either vague testimonials or outright lies on their websites. Contacting law enforcement often leads to finding out that they never spoke with the psychic..at best, they may have taken down some of their information since they are bound to talk to anyone who claims to want to help..and bound to follow every lead. This in turn leads to a lot of wasted time and manpower that could have been used following real information instead of guesses. And of course..if any of their guesses even remotely pan out it is called a hit..and true believers only acknowledge the hits and forget the many misses. It's beyond bullshit..and it needs to stop.
Cheryl Ann Fletcher is a person who was brought to our attention and we would like to thank our good friend who filled us in on some of this information posted here. According to her site Cheryl has helped the police a couple of times and they have thanked her as it shows on her site.
Researching Elba, Nebraska we found out the population was 215 in 2010 and covers an area of 256 acres. We felt that was a very small village to have its own “Police Department” and we really like to check out the information we are giving, so in this case the police departments were sent email. Here are the results of those emails.
Holy shit eh, no Elba police department? Go figure.
She is so good at helping police departments she charges for readings....

Oh yes, strictly for entertainment like that makes it better....
Cheryl is welcomed to show us any proof that the police are not remembering that she helped them and we will post it. That is after we verify it came from the Sheriffs office and the Elba Police Department.

Believe me, I have thought, long before writing this.
I do appreciate, your stance on discrediting those that arefake. However, when you set out to not only discredit my work, and myreputation. I felt attacked, I have never in my life time, done anything wrong, with what I do, those that know me personally, know this. I don't use my gift, for anything other then, helping mankind. Jesus, knows this! That right thereis GOOD enough, for me. In fact, the only judge, I listen to is Him. Had youbeen considerate enough, to contact me personally, I would have told you, whomto contact AND provided references. Unfortunately, you didn't. That saddens me.
Please remove your findings, until you've contacted me.

God has nothing to do with this. We went as far as to contact the Sheriff’s department in Howard County since we could find no listing for the police department in Elba as you had in the testimonial on your site. We were only checking out your testimonials as to the correct information. You are welcome to provide proof that we are in error or that they simply don't remember who you are.
Remember, you are the one making the claims. The burden of proof is on you if you are questioned on those claims. The only way it is getting removed is if you provide verified proof that we were misinformed by two law enforcement departments.
Two additional messages from Cheryl, funny all these emails and no information on the police department other than what we have, why? All we are asking for is the truth and proof of it.

Okay. Then a class action lawsuit is the direction, I will proceed to.
3:54 PM (24 minutes ago)
I will obtain the information, and then, I will see you in court.
In our reviews of individuals we are not making up anything,we are basing what we say and do on their information and their actions. The truth is what we seek, we do not make up any information we find, that is why we use and save screen caps. Most of the time we do not even need to say a word.
Defamation (of character) n. the act of making untrue statements about another which damages his/her reputation. If the defamatory statement is printed or broadcast over the media it is libel and, if only oral,it is slander. Public figures, including office holders and candidates have to show that the defamation was made with malicious intent and was not just fair comment. Damages for slander may be limited to actual (special) damages unless there is malice. Some statements such as an accusation of having committed a crime, having a feared disease, or being unable to perform one's occupation are called libel per se or slander and can more easily lead to large money awards in court and even punitive damage recovery by the person harmed. Most states provide for a demand for a printed retraction of defamation and only allow a lawsuit if there is no such admission of error.
The screen cap below is from one of her other facebook pages.
This morning when we were shown what Cheryl had posted (in the cap above) well we just had to verify her story so we contacted the Police Department she mentioned in her post. I think the screen caps speak for themselves.
